1. Overview
PostFlow helps Facebook Page administrators manage, schedule, and publish videos and images to Facebook Pages they own or administer.
2. Information We Collect
- Your PostFlow account email address and securely hashed password.
- When you connect Facebook via Meta OAuth: your Facebook profile name, Facebook user ID, the list of Facebook Pages you authorize, and encrypted Page access tokens required to publish content on your behalf.
- Media files, captions, and posting schedules you create inside PostFlow.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information strictly to authenticate your session, display your authorized Facebook Pages, and publish or schedule posts you explicitly configure. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
4. Data Security
Facebook Page access tokens and App Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Each account only has access to its own workspace.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may disconnect any Facebook account immediately inside PostFlow under Accounts, or revoke access in Facebook Settings under Business Integrations. Full instructions are available on our User Data Deletion page.
